Every shop has a different bottleneck. All of them fall under one of nine stations, so nobody gets a generic plan.
A one on one call with Jamie to find out where your shop actually is right now and which station you start at. No two owners start in the same place.
Jamie works with you directly to break the bottleneck you came in with. This is the part that gets you out of the bay.
You move into group coaching alongside Jamie and the other owners in your intake, and work through all nine stations of your business together.

How much time does this take?
1 hour a week with Consultant, 2 - 4 hours a week to do assignments.
How does the diagnostic work?
Our consultants are trained to ask a series of questions that will uncover specific areas in your business that need improvement. We have worked with dozens of repair shops and have national averages to compare your metrics to the industry.
What should I expect on a one-on-one coaching call?
You will receive instruction from our consultant and have the opportunity to discuss your specific situation. The consultant will ask lots of questions and then provide you with tailored recommendations.
How does group coaching work?
You will be added to a group where repair shop owners who are in non-competing markets. Your consultant will work with the entire group, you will have an opportunity to ask questions, and you will benefit from the experiences shared by the group. The entire program is protected by an NDA, so you can speak freely.
Do I need to have all my financial numbers ready in advance?
No, that is part of the help we give you.
What if I can't keep up with the assignments?
We have consultants and service providers who are trained to help our clients execute and get things done.
